Inventory Protocols

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

1. Authorized Use

This system is for the exclusive use of Nexus Fabrication and UVCC culinary staff. All inventory updates via the Nexus Bot are logged for operational accuracy.

2. Data Integrity

Users are responsible for verifying physical stock before "Injecting" quantity updates into the Master Inventory list to maintain the "Mise en Place" of our data.

3. Automated Alerts

Nexus Inventory OS is an efficiency tool. Nexus Fabrication is not liable for procurement decisions or delays resulting from automated low-stock notifications.

4. Access Control

Access to the Hub and the Inventory Bot may be revoked at any time by the Executive Chef for security or protocol violations.
