At Nexus Fabrication, we believe in the "Mise en Place" philosophy—everything in its proper place. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Draper Hub Command Center.
To provide precision 3D fabrication services, we collect: Name, email address, and shipping address provided during checkout. We also process any .stl files you "inject" into our HUD.
All payments are processed through PayPal. Nexus Fabrication does NOT see or store your credit card numbers or banking information. Your financial security is handled by PayPal's encrypted industrial-grade servers.
We use your information strictly to process orders and communicate regarding the status of your build. We treat your custom designs as intellectual property and do not share them with third parties.
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold or ask that we delete your design files from our build history at any time.
