Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 5, 2026

1. Design & Printability

Nexus Fabrication provides a high-tech injection service for your STL files. We are not responsible for the structural integrity of user-uploaded designs. If a file is deemed unprintable, we will contact you for a revision or lab credit.

2. Material Selection

• Standard PLA: For non-functional prototypes. Not heat resistant.
• Industrial ABS/PETG: For durability and higher temperature resistance.
• Culinary Sealant: Recommended for any parts intended for kitchen contact. Users are responsible for final sanitation.

3. Returns & QC

Because every print is a custom fabrication, we do not offer returns for buyer's remorse. If a part fails our Quality Control (QC) standards due to a structural defect, we will re-fabricate the part at no additional cost.

4. Liability

Nexus Fabrication is not liable for damage or injury resulting from the misuse of 3D-printed parts. All parts should be inspected by the user before being placed into service.
